Refund Policy for AM Music:
Item Refunds in-store: At AM Music, we prioritise your satisfaction. We offer refunds for any music purchases found to be faulty. Should you encounter any issues with your in store purchases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, and have no attempted repairs made to it.
Online refunds: If you have purchased an item online, you have up to 14 days to requests a refund without reason. For the refund to be accepted, your item must be in unused, with unopened packaging in original condition.
Lesson Bookings: Our music lessons at AM Music are non-refundable. Once a lesson slot is booked and confirmed, it cannot be refunded. We encourage you to ensure your availability and commitment before finalising any lesson booking.
Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds for music purchases will be processed within 7-14 days to the original payment method used during purchase.
